David Cook earned his undergraduate degree from Utah State University and his law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. He understands that farmers and ranchers are the backbone of our economy. He especially respects how resilient ag. producers are and donates his time with the Agricultural Law Society, Inc. to explain legal doctrines and principles that permiate the ag. industry. Although his expertise is intellectual property, David’s understanding of contracts, property law, and other areas relevant to agriculture are beneficial to ag. producers who encounter such issues in their business.
