What We Do

The Agricultural Law Society, Inc (“Ag Law”), an Idaho nonprofit corporation was formed to provide unique support and education to the agricultural industry. Many agricultural producers understand business fundamentals and they know the science of agriculture, but they do not understand the law even though they are subject to myriads of laws and regulations.

We provide articles written by members of the board of directors concerning a wide range of legal issues facing the agricultural industry.

An opportunity for you to schedule a live presentation(s) to industry groups throughout the state, with an offer to do additional presentations. These live presentations represent the core educational purpose of the organization and allow members of Ag Law to get face time with agricultural producers including farmers and ranchers and are Pro Bono.

We also post news and current events related to agriculture including bulletins from the State Capital regarding new laws that will affect the industry.
