Kelly grew up on a farm and ranch in central Idaho. She received her bachelor’s degree in business from Idaho State University in 2016 and a law degree from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2019. Her background and legal training give her a unique perspective into the legal issues that farmers, ranchers, and other food producers and processors face regularly. She remains close to agriculture and shares some of her time to help ag. producers understand the issues that they face in food production.
